Customer satisfaction is our first and foremost goal. In the event that your unworn regular priced product purchased from our website does not satisfy your requirement, email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number. Your return or exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you receive the package for credit to your original payment method. We allow a one time exchange at no cost if you are unhappy with your purchase.
All returns or cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, with exception that it is your one time exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you selected free shipping please remember shipping costs will be deducted from the amount being refunded. All discounted product and all orders with prescription lenses are not returnable. We can do a one time remake for lenses if they are done incorrectly.
To Return an Item:
You may return your product for a refund or exchange provided:
• The item has been unworn and is in perfect condition
• All items including the frame/ sunglass, case, cloth and spray are returned
• The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• It is mailed within 7 days from the delivery date
Repackage the item as securely as possible with the return authorization number we gave you clearly written on the outside of the package, and then ship the package to:

You should Insure the package for the full purchase price and get a tracking number. We cannot refund a purchase without a tracking number. We can not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Your account will be credited within 3-5 business days after receipt of the package.
